Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional time for shipment and delivery. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will notify you by phone or email.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method. Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We will ship to locations in the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Ichor is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or customs that may be applied to your order. The customer is responsible for all applicable fees imposed during or after shipment.

Ichor is not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged during shipment. Please double check to ensure that your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. 

Returns and Refunds

We hope that your Ichor products meet every expectation for quality and satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at within 30 days and we will be happy to help you.

If your order appears to have been damaged during shipping, please provide us with detailed information or photographs. We’ll ask that you return the item to us in the same condition in which it was received. If you are not satisfied with any Ichor product, you may request to return it for a full refund. 

You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return the item(s) to us, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once received, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will credit the amount of the order (minus shipping costs) to the payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your credit card company, your account will be credited in approximately 7 days.
