Nano CBD or Full Spectrum Hemp Extract: Which is Right for You?

Nano CBD or Full Spectrum Hemp Extract: Which is Right for You?

Here at Ichor, we design products to meet the growing demands of unique individuals looking to incorporate CBD into their lives. We believe that one size does not fit all, and that’s why we offer an array of CBD products that come in many different forms.

A quick glance at our site will show you that we include different types of hemp extract into our products, with Nano CBD and Full Spectrum Hemp Extract being the two major ones we use. Here’s a brief guide to help you understand the difference between them, and some ideas for which one might be right for you.

NANO CBD

It is pure isolate that contains CBD and nothing else. This goes through an additional process of breaking the CBD particles up into individual molecules using ultrasonic technology. You can read more about the process here, but the main advantage is that the smaller molecules are more quickly and efficiently absorbed by the body.

FULL SPECTRUM HEMP EXTRACT

This contains CBD, but it also includes all of the other beneficial cannabinoids, such as CBG, CBN, etc. that are naturally produced in hemp. This means that the term “Full Spectrum CBD” is not technically correct, since the full spectrum of cannabinoids consists of more than just CBD. The advantage of using Full Spectrum Hemp Extract is that all of those cannabinoids tend to work together for greater effectiveness. You can read more about full spectrum here.

HOW TO CHOOSE BETWEEN FULL SPECTRUM AND NANO CBD

While both provide powerful options for hemp wellness, you may find that one form of CBD is better suited for your lifestyle. Because Nano CBD is more quickly absorbed, it can be a great option for those who are looking to support their mind and body in the short term. This might include grabbing a bottle of our Nano CBD Water to help the muscles recover after an intense workout, or taking an Ichor Focus Energy Shot to stay alert and on point during a hectic day at the office.

Full Spectrum Hemp Extract, on the other hand, can be seen as more of a long-term, big picture type of hemp wellness. While not as fast-acting as nano, taking in the full cannabinoid profile may produce a more complete range of benefits over time. This pays off when you’re consistently working this supplement into your daily routine. If it sounds like this is more your speed, our Full Spectrum CBD Softgel Capsules are a great place to start.

Now here’s the interesting thing: Both Full Spectrum and Nano are good, and there’s no reason that using one of them should prevent you from using the other. You may wish to maintain a baseline with Full Spectrum CBD products, but still keep some Nano CBD handy for when you need a quick infusion. It really just depends on your lifestyle and how you want to fit CBD into it.

It’s also important to be open to changing your routine based on your needs. Everybody’s response to CBD is different, so if something isn’t working, or could be working better for you, don’t be afraid to switch things up. If you’re completely new to CBD, consider choosing just one type of product to start with, observe the effects, and make changes accordingly.
